Do I need an account to use PLOT?

Yes. The Free tier is no-cost and no-card, but you do need to create an account (email + password, or a magic link). Your plans then sync across devices via the cloud, so you can open a plan from your laptop and finish it on your phone in the paddock. Free covers up to 2 plans with up to 10 items each, enough to map one property end to end (boundary, fences, dams, water, paddocks, sheds).

How much is Pro?

Pro is A$14/mo or A$140/yr, plus GST for Australian addresses (annual billing is two months free). It raises the item cap to 50 per plan, raises the plan ceiling to 20, and adds the ability to invite people by email to view or edit alongside you. The thing that bites on Free is items, not plan count, so Pro is the upgrade once your one property outgrows ten items.

What is Pro+?

Pro+ is A$28/mo or A$280/yr, plus GST for Australian addresses (annual is two months free). It removes the plan ceiling entirely (unlimited plans and items) and allows 20 photo pins per plan. Priority support is included.

How does Team pricing work?

Team is A$25 per seat per month, or A$250 per seat per year, plus GST for Australian addresses (two months free annually), with a minimum of 3 seats. Everything is unlimited. Subscribing sets your team up straight away, and you add or remove members yourself from the Billing page by email, any time. Each member needs their own PLOT account already; if they don't have one yet, they'll need to create one first.

What does Enterprise add beyond Team?

Enterprise keeps everything unlimited and the shared team access from Team, then adds white-label and per-deployment options handled as a custom contract. It also covers EU-only data residency on request, and SSO/SAML. Contact sales to scope it.

What does annual billing save me?

Annual is priced at ten months for twelve, so you get two months free versus paying monthly. Pro is A$140/yr, Pro+ is A$280/yr, and Team is A$250 per seat per year (each plus GST for Australian addresses). Switch the toggle above the plans to compare.

Are prices shown with or without GST?

Without. The prices above and at checkout are shown before tax. Australian addresses have 10% GST added at checkout, for example A$14/mo becomes A$15.40 incl. GST. You'll always see the exact total before you confirm payment.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from your Billing screen, then Manage subscription. Paid features stay active until the end of the current billing period. We don't auto-charge cancelled subscriptions and we don't make cancellation a phone call.

What happens to my plans if I downgrade to Free?

Your plans stay. The satellite imagery is unchanged (every tier sees the same imagery) and paid-only features (like sharing) become read-only. Free covers up to 2 plans with up to 10 items each; if you are over those limits your existing plans stay readable, and you will be prompted to upgrade before you can create new ones past the limit. Any plans you had shared for editing flip to view-only for the people you shared them with. No data is deleted.

How many plans and items can I have?

Free covers up to 2 plans with up to 10 items each. Pro raises that to 20 plans with up to 50 items each. Pro+, Team, and Enterprise are unlimited on both. We gate on items and sharing, not plan count, because a property owner keeps only a plan or two for life but a single property easily runs past ten items.

Can Free users view plans shared with them?

Yes. Anyone can open a plan shared with them and view it in full, including item details, no account needed. Every PLOT account, Free included, can also create their own view-only link to share a plan they own. Inviting someone by name to edit a plan with you is a Pro feature and up, and that is what funds the planning surface Free uses freely.

What are pins?

A pin drops a marker on a spot on your map, saves that camera view, and can carry a photo, so you can tap to fly straight back to it and see what is actually on the ground. They are how you tie a plan to the real paddock: mark a dam wall, a fence repair, a new shed slab. Adding pins is a paid feature. Pro gets 5 per plan, Pro+ and Team get 20 each, and Enterprise is unlimited. Anyone a plan is shared with, including Free accounts, can see the pins and their photos and tap to fly to them.

Do you offer education or non-profit pricing?

Yes. Tell us about your use case via the contact form on the homepage. Verified land-trust, conservation, indigenous-land-management, and rural-extension non-profits get a meaningful discount.

Where is my data stored?

Your account data is hosted in Australia (Sydney region) and your projects are stored securely in the cloud. Enterprise customers can request EU-only data residency. Full details on the privacy page.

Can I export my data and leave?

Yes. Your Account screen, then Download my data, exports a ZIP with every plan, your account profile, and your billing history. The ZIP includes a machine-readable account.json. Right-to-portability is built in.
