How do I schedule a Threads post?

How long can a Threads post be?

Up to 500 characters, with up to 5 links. A text-only post can show one of them as a preview card.

Can I schedule Threads carousels?

A Ghost post is a Threads format that doesn’t stay on your profile grid. Pick Ghost instead of Thread in the composer and it publishes that way.

Can I control who replies?

Yes, one topic of up to 50 characters per post. Threads drops dots and ampersands from topics, and the composer shows you the result before you schedule.

You get an email with the reason, and you can retry the post with one click from your posts list.
