Prepaid balance, automatic top-up, and what stops when it runs out.

Prepaid

Runs draw from a balance. Machine time is typically a fraction of a percent of a run — the model bill is nearly all of it — and /costs shows the split.

When it empties

Scheduled runs stop and live sessions are refused. That is correct, and it also means a nightly job can fail at 3am for want of a few dollars.

Automatic top-up

Charge a saved card when the balance falls below a threshold, with a hard monthly ceiling. The ceiling is not optional: without it, an agent stuck in a loop can recharge repeatedly, and the first you learn of it is the statement.

Your own provider keys

Bring your own and the model spend is billed by the provider directly. opsen still meters it, so the cost split and comparisons work the same — what changes is who sends the invoice.
