I am merging this in now ahead of the decision whether the code of /su2code/SU2/pull/773 will go in, but if that happens I'll delete that again. I'll adress any later comments and change requests happily |

Adding 1 mesh, 1 gmsh script to create that mesh and 2 cfg files for which a tutorial will be added.
