Release version v0.40.2.

Changes are essentially fixes to the build process, primarily
concerning dependency versions.  Also, updated homepage to
point at the newer GitHub Pages site (http://jscc.brobston.com).

This release contains a few improved error messages and some
build-process improvements.

Release version 0.40.0 of jscc

The major change since v0.39.0 is the attempt to improve ease of use
as a library (as opposed to a command-line application).  This change
involved moderate refactoring.  Most other changes addressed build
automation issues as well as a build compatibility problem with
Node 6.1.0.
