Note: Have tested that this works at our local site, but haven't
tested it with proxy connections.
I believe in Python <= 2.7.8 it simply doesn't validate the certificate at all, but the upload should still work. Now also honors the NO_SSL_VALIDATION setting.

Hey Mike, we've just merged in an alternative implementation, which is backwards compatible with Python 2.6. It's not officially released yet, but we'd love to hear from you and see if it works on your end. |
