I'm a product leader and hands-on builder in Portland, Oregon.
I've spent 10+ years working across product, growth, analytics, experimentation, and technical systems at companies including Nike, Prime Video, Galvanize, and Redfin.
I like messy problems: understanding what customers are trying to do, finding where they're getting stuck, and turning that into something we can build, test, and learn from.
Most of my professional work has lived inside proprietary environments, so I've documented the problems, decisions, experiments, and product thinking behind selected work instead.
Five case studies spanning growth, conversion, experimentation, self-service products, ecommerce, and zero-to-one growth:
- Galvanize β Redesigning a complex customer journey for conversion
- Campfire β Finding the growth levers in an ecommerce funnel
- Prime Video β Turning operational complexity into self-service products
- TomboyX β Diagnosing and rebuilding an ecommerce conversion experience
- Seattle Majestics β Building a growth engine with almost no resources
A fantasy hockey platform built specifically for the PWHL, with real player data, persistent leagues, live drafts, lineups, scoring, and season history.
I built it because the league didn't have the fantasy experience I wanted to use.
A community-driven directory for finding queer and inclusive sports leagues, teams, tournaments, and communities.
Built around structured discovery, community submissions, moderation, and making information that is often scattered across social media easier to find.
A community-powered local discovery app for finding, reviewing, and ranking pool tables around Portland.
Users can contribute venues, ratings, prices, table counts, accessibility information, photos, and other details, with a moderation workflow behind the scenes.
A personal streaming companion for tracking shows, episodes, and what to watch next across streaming services.
Built around a problem I kept having myself: remembering what I was watching, where I was watching it, and what episode came next.
I tend to work across the boundaries between product, growth, analytics, engineering, and operations.
My process is usually:
Understand the problem β find the signal β form a hypothesis β build or change something β measure what happens β iterate.
I'm comfortable moving between customer research, funnel analysis, product strategy, experimentation, data, and hands-on prototyping.
These days I use AI-assisted development heavily to shorten the distance between an idea and something real enough to test.
Nike β Global product roadmaps and analytics products
Prime Video β Self-service products and technical product leadership
Galvanize β Growth product, experimentation, conversion, and analytics
Redfin β Acquisition, segmentation, lifecycle measurement, and experimentation
Independent β Product, growth, analytics, and AI-assisted building
I'm especially interested in problems involving:
- Growth and conversion
- Customer journeys and behavior
- Experimentation
- Self-service products
- Product analytics
- AI-native product development
- Products that turn messy information into something useful
I like roles where the boundaries between figuring out what to build and actually building it aren't especially rigid.
Builder. Product thinker. Data nerd. The friend who shows up. Always learning.
