Bug fixes

1. Implement redirects correctly using HTTP 301/302 instead of just rendering content using duplicate URLs. Remove duplicate redirect from the mapping for the SDK 1.0 release.
2. Add modals.scss styling back to the bootstrap theme, fixing standalone dashboard search modal to match production.
3. Move a lot of info! down to debug! to not pollute logs.

Features

1. Make modal dropdown backdrop opacity 0.9 so text rendered on the modal doesn't mix with the contents of the page.
2. Add the ability to ignore documents (not show them in search results or anywhere else).
