Store metadata for 1.2.1

fastlane/metadata/android/ as it is on development at b0ecb2b, copied as a
tree rather than cherry-picked: the commits that produced it on development
sit on top of the screenshot replacement (b873142), which master never got,
so a cherry-pick would have left the 2023 plates in place beside the new
ones. Nothing outside that directory changes - the code F-Droid builds from
the v1.2.1 tag is what was reviewed for Play.

What F-Droid gets at the tag: the six English phone plates from the shipped
experiments (the other locales fall back to them; their three-year-old
screenshots are gone), the listing text as Play has it, gu, ko and ta as new
languages, and the 1.2.1 release notes in English and German.
