There's already a README! I know, I'm surprised too. Anyway, I replaced the "here's how to contribute" text with your new "please do not contribute" text. |

You can configure the bot to reject PRs on that files. |

I think that this change has broken the links to the spec in the main repo README.md, as those links depend on the filenames |
