Hotfix: Cable delays for A4 and A5 are wrong. Includes updates to the SQL tables and their associated generating scripts.

Update SQL databases and files to correctly handle mappings and delays for >2018 A3.
Minor upgrades to indentation, cleanup of some debugging output.

In this release we have added compatibility with ROOT 6. It also still works work with ROOT 5 if someone wants to use that.

Adjusted AraGeomTool::getStationInfo which gives some more flexibility in loading the SQlte file.

Hotfix: add default digitizer files (A4-6) and pedestal files (A4-5) to enable working with new station data.

Hotfix: update SQL database tables (previously only SQL scripts were updated)

This incorporates a few important upgrades:

1. We upgrade the geometry and delay tables for A2 and A3 based on Thomas' analysis, as well as some waveform inversion in A3.
2. We implement an upgraded version of the AraGeomTool and AraStationInfo classes to handle the time-dependent channel mapping in A3 between 2017 and 2018.
3. We add a new "quality cuts" class to the AraEvent library.
