Hi there 👋

I'm Veena Kumari — Software engineer architecting cloud-native, distributed, and high-performance systems at global scale. Owned core workstreams of the Classic-to-New Microsoft Teams client migration (300M+ monthly active users); built financial data platforms at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan; led engineering teams from concept to production. Deep in distributed systems, system design, performance, and AI-enabled development — with a track record of setting technical direction across teams, mentoring engineers, and modernizing infrastructure to cut cost and latency.
