classification of multiple omics data on galaxy platform

The iCluster_galaxy is a tool to make classification for multiple omics data on galaxy platform.

First of all,it will run the R script which name is icluster_index.R,calculating a variety of value for clustering,Then through the form of chart shows the classification results under the condition of each cluster value,In the way users choose the appropriate value for clustering.Finally,it will run the R script which name is icluster_heatmap.R,extracting the results that produce in last step,and ploting the heatmap.
