This repository contains algorithms developed by the Beavers team for the Second PET Rapid Image reconstruction Challenge.

The three submissions are:

• BSREM with a smoother initialization (qntrnar)
• Predconditioned SVRG (one of MaGeZ submission in PETRIC1) with a smoother initialization (qntrnar_utb3)
• BSREM using strong Wolfe conditions to initialize the step size (pwals_SI_prov)
