This PR updates the splash screen with a title and version number and also replaces the mac os taskbar icon to better match the aesthetics of this operating system. For future version changes, this PR also includes a simple web based generator for splash screens.
A person with a Mac should test this (after merging) to be sure that the changes actually work!
