This PR prints the index of TFGs that fail to match the expected violations for an Example Model Test. This further aids in developing and adding new example model test models.
Sadly, during this, I have discovered that the precommit-hook cannot modify the staging area when it is run, thus you will need to manually amend all formatting changes when the hook is run
