added a html doc with a test css doc and linked them to figure out how to do that (linking).
added a custom edited image into a 'header' area which is now prepared for use. this will serve as the opening to the webpage.
I have added a placeholder article to allow me to write out the article after I see how it looks.
added and tweaked a few css things as well as moved all of the code over to the index document as I hadn't noticed it was there before. I also deleted the 'Webpage' document I made to avoid any future confusion.
when moving the code I had missed a large portion of the head tag so I've added that in.
added a nav-bar in the css sheet and html

Notes
I wouldn't say any of it was particularly easy though I do feel that I'm slowly getting more confident with css.
I had a few small problems which were resolved by asking for help on slack. This mostly involved selectors as I'm still getting the hang of them.
I wish I knew more about making my sites look good as they always seem to be lacking something.
I got frustrated with myself a few times as I constantly messed up this assignment. Mostly from miss reading/understanding instructions.
