You must use the services lawfully and as described in the documentation.Accounts and security

Fallow Cloud is subject to the fees, trial periods, and usage limits described in the order form or as posted on the pricing page.Usage limits
Fallow Cloud counts usage per organization per calendar month in UTC. One function observation is one function in one upload from the beacon. The monthly limits are:
- Trial: 100,000 function observations and 100,000 uploads.
- Fallow Cloud: 33,000,000 function observations and 3,333,333 uploads per seat.
- Enterprise: no fixed limit.
When an organization reaches its upload limit while function observations remain, we accept 1 in 10 uploads and discard the others until the month ends. When it reaches its function observation limit, we refuse new uploads until the next month starts. We email the organization owners at 75 and 90 percent of a limit, and when a limit is reached.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of data they send to hosted services, including source maps and runtime artifacts.Data processing
Where Fallow processes personal data on your behalf, the data processing addendum forms part of these terms.Fees and billing
Fees for paid plans are billed per the order form or as listed on the pricing page. Taxes are excluded.Trials
A Fallow Cloud trial lasts 30 days and needs no credit card. Trials are provided on a best-effort basis. We may end a trial earlier in case of misuse.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or operational security reasons.Intellectual property
Fallow retains all rights in the services. Customers retain rights to their own content.Feedback
Feedback is welcome and may be used to improve the services.Warranties disclaimer
Services are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law.Limitation of liability
Fallow's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and to the fees paid in the prior twelve months.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Fallow against claims arising from your misuse of the services.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where Fallow B.V. has its registered seat.
If you use the services as a consumer, this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of your country of residence, or your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
