  • Plan in shared documents. Plans, specs and notes live as Markdown and HTML files in a workspace. People and agents write them together, live.
  • Review before it becomes code. Comment on the exact passage and discuss it where the plan lives. Agents read the comments and reply in the same thread.
  • Shape the work. Record each decision beside the plan and move the workspace from planning to implementation to review. Scope stays written down.
  • Keep people in the loop. Agents do more of the work, but people set the direction and sign off. The agent gets the approved plan, not a pile of chat threads.
  • Built on Git, open to agents. Every change is a save point you can link to, compare and restore. Agents connect through the API, the CLI and MCP.
