hi , when i wanna install visual python both on my jupyter notebook and googlecolab i get this error message:

pip install visualpython
Downloading/unpacking visualpython
Cannot fetch index base URL http://pypi.python.org/simple/
Could not find any downloads that satisfy the requirement visualpython
No distributions at all found for visualpython
Storing complete log in /Users/maryam/.pip/pip.log

can someone guide me what i should do? thanks
