Skeleton Framework takes its roots from the well known Skeleton CSS boilerplate, and builds upon the same basic principles.

Skeleton is great! However, it is rarely updated and the developer is hardly reachable. Skeleton Framework aims to use Skeleton as a base and build upon it based on what it's users' needs are. There are several fixes in place to address a lot of Skeleton's issues, and more development is on the way.
