agent.force_leave does not work in consul v1.0.6 #196
Hello,
We just recently upgraded consul to v1.0.6 and found out that agent.force_leave no longer works due to consul's HTTP Verb Enforcement introduced in https://github.com/hashicorp/consul/pull/3405/files
