Connection password is not saved correctly - when loading saved data, the wrong password is loaded

Reproduction recipe

1. Open connection manager
2. Type password with Unicode symbols, for example: йàß你好
3. Save connection settings
4. Close connection manager
5. Open conneection manager
6. Try to connect to the server

The connection will not be established because the password is incorrect.
